Our Services
Initial consult -$50
Every client is unique and every training plan is designed for your training goals. A 60 minute in home (or virtual) consult helps define your challenges and goals and results in a recommended training plan.
Personal training sessions - $100+
Most plans will include additional training sessions which will be tailored for each client.
